Questions about official Monroe County criminal records belong with the government office that created or keeps the document. The custodian acknowledges requests within three business days.

Felony court files are held by the Monroe County Superior Court Clerk, 1 Courthouse Square, Forsyth, GA 31029, 478-994-7022. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Monroe County Jail, at the sheriff's address, answers current custody and booking questions at 478-994-7051.
